Red Bank woman honored - DonnaLyn Giegerich, creator of, a global advocacy site for rare sarcoma cancer survivors, was honored at the Esther Awards 100 Women in White women's empowerment dinner. Giegerich is a professional empowerment speaker in the corporate, wellness and education area, a business owner at Heritage Benefits Group, producer at Couch Bransdorf Insurance and a leiomyosarcoma cancer survivor.

She was also named a national spokeswoman for Accuray Corp., a California medical equipment manufacturer of the Cyberknife, an advanced technology radiation devise located at Meridian's Booker Cancer Treatment Center.


LMS Survivor, DonnaLyn is pictured as athlete and cancer model in Sarcoma Foundation of America's educational clip on underfunded and often overlooked rare class of cancers.
